Friday Cat Blogging
A Cat’s Tail
It isn’t too long, I’m just too short for it.
[Editor: Ringo’s tail is absurdly long for her size. It is at least 3 inches longer that Sox’s and she weighs less than half as much as he does.

"There are two novels that can change a bookish 14-year old's life: The Lord of the Rings and Atlas Shrugged. One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs."

My late mother used to say, of any long, complicated story, “That cat has a long tale! [sic]” Obviously she never met Ringo: now that cat has a long tail…
How did you get her to pose that way? She looks as if she is doing some sort of formal, highly stylized dance or theater movement.
Friday Ark #101…
We’ll post links to sites that have Friday (plus or minus a few days) photos of their chosen animals (photoshops at our discretion and humans only in supporting roles). Watch the Exception category for rocks, beer, coffee cups, and….? You can find o…
Wow! I’d hate to have that tail slapping me in the face at night while I’m trying to sleep. ;o)
She is getting ready to jump on me because there’s a moth buzzing around the light behind me and I am a convenient platform for chasing the moth.
Tbird, that tail can reach the bed if she walks by at night. Ringo doesn’t like to get on the bed, but that has to do with the fact that Dot insists on control of the bed.
She is a real beauty.
She can be when she’s at rest, but a lot of the time she’s a teenager tearing around around the house.
Thanks for linking to me Bryan. I have returned the compliment
Nice piece on the memorial, Jams.
Hmm…trying to think of a riff on “Cat got yer tongue” with that Tail…*smile* But I’z had a brain-deadening week trying to get these girls ready for BACK to School. By next week I hope to get back to my regular R&R week day schedule (*hahahhaha* – as IF – but it’s better than this end of the summer romp.)
😀
Karen, if you were down here it would be the third week of school and you could be watching hurricanes.
Now, that is one helluva tail.
It’s hers alone, as neither her mom, nor presumed dad have tails that long, although her dad is one big tom.
