Sigh. They look so innocent…
A little over a year and she’s a gray streak rocketing around the house and howling most of the day.
She’ll settle down….in a couple more years.
She’ll settle down after her next visit with Dr. Mark which can’t take place until her mind replaces her hormones, she’s in heat.
Adorable kitten…but as adults they are…well, they’re cats. And as Ms. CultureGhost’s sister the vet says, “Cats are f*!#ing weird.”
I sympathize with your plight having a cat in heat. Buffy, our smallest, has a severe heart condition (Tetralogy of Fallot) which prevents her from being neutered; she wouldn’t survive being put under for the operation. So we have about four to five episodes a year of her being in heat.
Fortunately she’s in synch with the ferals so there is light at the end of the tunnel.
She sure was a cute kitten. What a little darling. I would put up with her, too!
I don’t think I’ve ever seen an ugly kitten, even the ones that have clawed me while I was rescuing them were cute.
