Dot and their mother rule the house, and they have learned not to cross either one on pain of pain, because neither strikes with claws retracted.
Property is constantly being harassed by Excise, which is why it is rare to see all three together. Excise really just wants to play, but his sister is following the footsteps of the other females in the house. She really only gets along with Sox, and they sleep together quite often.

The reason Property has her eyes slightly open is because she knows her brother. Sure enough, as soon as he realized she was there, he couldn’t stop himself from starting something. She may not make any other sounds to speak of, but Property has hissing down pat.
