American Street looks like a very cool blog! 🙂 Thanks for pointing me there. I even found an old friend who used to blog with us at Loaded Mouth! Dugan (Zencomics). I really missed his satire and comics! LOL

I think that’s a good plan, in my humble opinion anyway! 😉
We tried to do that at LM. I believe LM was one of the first (if not the first) truly non-partisan blog. We gave the Dem’s as much hell as anyone else when they deserved it, and even occasionally kudos to the right on the rare occasion they deserved it. 😉 I never said I wasn’t biased. LOL It worked well I think. Sadly… “Real Life”(tm) intervened as it is want at inconvenient times. 🙂
I’m sure you’ll enjoy that environment. I know I’ll enjoy reading and commenting there, as I do here. 🙂
