Heh. Hiring Wolfowitz on arms control while Condi is already Sec. of State assures that the State Dept. is like Lindsay Lohan in another way… between otherwise colliding arms, it has two big boobs.
All I know about Lindsay Lohan is that she seems to have her mug shot on the CNN site a lot. She and Hilton seem to have a reserved space.
