Warning !!!
Avoid Cute Overload for a while!
They have a spyware ad that insists on scanning your computer for a virus that doesn’t exist. The least obnoxious of these ads tries to sell you software that you don’t need, but many are Trojan horses that muck about with your computer.
The only relatively safe thing you can do is click on the Close X in the upper right corner. Clicking on anything within the window will have unknown results that you probably won’t like.
The safest thing to do is a system shutdown, i.e. crash out, something Windows is quite good at.

I realize the site is expensive to operate, and the ad money is a necessary evil, but they should check the ads for problems like this or they will chase off visitors, and lose their cachet.
Using Firefox with NoScript and AdBlock Plus … not one of those ads gets through.
I long ago got tired of “bad” advertising. And that was back in the days of blinking letters and “Punch the Monkey” banners … aaaaaakkkk.
I white list responsible sites so their ads get hits. I’m not against all advertising. But crap like that has wasted too much of my time cleaning friend’s and family member’s computers.

I have too many sites with that garbage that I have to visit to do things for my Mother, not the ads, but sections that use the same type of programming, including the local phone company, that I haven’t bothered.
I get a certain satisfaction from using CTRL-ALT-Delete and killing processes.
I put out notices so that site owners understand that those particular ads cost them hits.
